Yes these are things you should practice daily. Even on your days off you should maintain healthy habits. If time is an issue on any particular day you can still check out our posts on instagram for some quick reinforcement. We plan to post at least once a day.
Yes, setbacks are normal. Do not get down on yourself if you feel out of sorts some days more than others. The goal is to continue progressing even in the face of set backs and adversity. With consistent learning and healthy habits the setbacks should only be temporary.
This varies from person to person. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see improvements with your mind or life right away. The key is to continue to improve and learn every day and the benefits will inevitably show in time.
Yes, we consider self improvement to be a lifelong commitment that should be practiced daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and so on. There is no limit with self improvement.
This can vary from day to day. A reasonable goal would be to set aside thirty minutes to an hour every day to partake in some form of self improvement. Again if your day is jam packed you can always go to our instagram to look at some posts with any spare time that you do have.
